Text Box: To date,  I have put in many hours and miles of training.  Unfortunately, I have given up on the updates to workouts.  I can’t really effectively gather performance stats and simply don’t have the time to keep this updated.  I continue to train 5-6 days a week and twice a day on 2-3 of those days.  Typically 3 workouts of each discipline (swim\bike\run) a week.
